If you would like to apply to receive money please tell us the following in English:

1. Who You Are: Tell us briefly about yourself, your calling, and your connection to a local church or sending community

2. Trip or Ministry Details: Where and when is your mission trip or ministry assignment? Please include dates and location.

3. How This Support Will Help: Our average seed donation is between $30–$100 USD. Please explain how these funds will be used and how they help remove a financial barrier to your mission or ministry.

4. Statement of Faith Affirmation: Please confirm that you affirm the following statement of faith:
I affirm the Christian faith as revealed in Scripture, including belief in the Trinity, the full deity of Jesus Christ, and salvation by God’s grace through faith in Him. I am committed to pursuing a life of holiness and faithfully proclaiming the Gospel to the nations—by life or by death.

5. Funds Transfer Preference: Are you able to receive funds via Venmo, PayPal, or Wise? Please indicate your preferred method and how we can locate you on that platform.

6. Spiritual Reference: Include name and email of at least one reference and how you know them.

6. Testimony Commitment: Please confirm that you are willing to share a testimony. As part of receiving support from Money for Missionaries, recipients commit to leaving a brief Google review after receiving funds, sharing how the support helped and what God did through their time of service. These testimonies help encourage others, strengthen the MFM community, and glorify God.
